Changes and deleting

Every change is kept, with who made it and when, and shown under History on the expense or settle-up.

Deleting takes an expense or settle-up out of the balances, and every balance is worked out again without it. It stays listed under Deleted at the end of Activity.

Remove receipt erases a receipt or screenshot image for good. The expense or settle-up stays, and its History says who removed the image.

Whoever created a group can delete it once everyone is at $0.00. It disappears for everyone, and its history is kept.
