Repeating expenses

A repeating expense is added again on the same day each week or month, with the same amount and split. Copies are added the next time anyone opens the group, so a group nobody has opened for a while catches up all at once. In a short month, a monthly repeat falls on the last day.

Changing the first expense changes the copies added from then on; the ones already added stay as they are. Stop repeating keeps every copy added so far and adds no more. A deleted copy is never added back.
